China has accused the United States of putting Asia's security at risk by engaging in nuclear proliferation, describing the latter as the "biggest troublemaker" in the realm of peace. 

It expressed that the US' move of atomic submarines to Australia represents a threat to provincial dependability. " It added, "The United States has publicly declared its readiness to construct a strategic wall around China."
