Today, the Congress made its manifesto for the elections to the Karnataka Assembly. The party vowed to give 200 units of free power to all houses and ₹2,000 each month to each female top of the family. The manifesto also pledged to give ₹3,000 per month to unemployed graduates and ₹1,500 per month to unemployed diploma holders for two years.
